This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil’s LGPD.

2. Data we collect
When you buy or subscribe, we collect name, email, phone, shipping address, tax ID where required, and order information.
We also store language and currency preferences and your cart in your browser to improve the experience.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly in Stripe’s environment and do not pass through our servers.
Stripe may process data such as name, email, address and payment method information to process the transaction and prevent fraud.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and localStorage to remember language, currency and cart. These are necessary for the site to work.
If analytics is enabled, we may use Plausible for aggregate visit metrics without cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Sharing
We share data only with those needed to deliver the product or service: Stripe (payments), carriers (delivery), email providers and hosting.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We keep order data for as long as needed to comply with tax, accounting and legal defense obligations.
7. Your rights
You can request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of data, and withdraw consent.
Send requests to comercial@brenerstiff.com. We respond within 15 days, subject to permitted extensions under LGPD.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted transmission and restricted access to the admin panel.
