Terms of Use

1. Service

Stiff offers one-hour individual online sessions conducted by Brener Stiff, focusing on strategy, management, leadership, positioning, execution, performance, and routine, according to the contracted vertical.

The session is a space for diagnosis, decision-making, and guidance. It is not ongoing consulting, therapy, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

2. Account and registration

To schedule, the client creates an account with full name, email, phone, and password. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data and for password security.

The phone is used for operational contact about the session. The CPF, when necessary for payment in Brazil, is requested directly in Stripe's secure environment. Accounts with false data may be suspended.

3. Scheduling and payment

The selected time slot is reserved for a limited period. Confirmation only occurs after payment approval by Stripe.

The session price is displayed at checkout. Payment may be made by Pix or card, subject to availability in the Stripe account.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance return the credit to reschedule without a new payment. After this deadline, the session is maintained.

If the client does not attend or joins more than 15 minutes late, the session may be ended without refund.

5. Results

The mentoring does not guarantee revenue, growth, or any specific result. Results depend on the client's context, decisions, and execution.

The commitment is to the quality of the session, an honest diagnosis, and a clear action plan.
